Problems With my SD card or...?

Hello, I'm having some problems with my android. I own an Alcatel One Touch Fierce, Jellybean 4.2.2. Some of the problems include:

- I am not able to download pictures from the internet or music from an app
- When I go to my File Manager and try to delete some stuff from my SD card, it say "No permission to delete"
- When I move an application to my SD card and try to move it back later it either says "Failed to move application" or "Failed to move application. The application does not exist."

I feel like it has something to do with the SD card but I'm not sure. Help?

Well,if you want to delete,or move something important you need to root your device !
And if you are unable to download pictures or music,check your memory!

Put the card into a card reader, plug it into your computer and try to copy a file to it. Jellybean had no restrictions on the SD card.
