I have bought a new android 4.4.2 KitKat mobile phone. It is QMobile Noir i7. Problem is that, I charge it to 100%. Then I start using it. I use internet, play games, call, text (all activities). But its battery display meter continues to show 99% or 100% (even almost after 6 or 7 hours). If I power off it, remove battery, put it again and then start it, then the battery meter shows actual battery level (like for example, 30% or 20%). If I don't do this, then it continues to show 99%, then suddenly alarms me low battery, when it remains only 15% (Or sometimes, it even don't do this and suddenly power off without any warning).
Any solutions?

It's faulty, so you could return it. Alternatively, a Cache Partition wipe may help, or you could try installing a third-party battery metering app.
