Has anyone actually figured out a way to fix blurred pictures?

[AC Question]

I upgraded my phone a bit ago to the samsung galaxy s 5 and noticed the camera quality is horrible. I've read a few threads saying people experiencing the same thing. Had anyone found a way to fix it? Help it? I take so many pictures and went to this one phone because the reviews were amazing. If I take 100 pictures I only come out with maybe 2 good ones that are still extra smooth/ blurry looking.
