Why do I get a camera fail message on my Samsung Kies?

shv-e110s camera problem

i upgrade to ics 4.4 using Samsung kies. when i using the camera has a message camera fail. but when i using camera 360 the front cam is ok and the rear camera fail. what should i do to fix this problem. pls help me

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Camera, and select Clear Cache.

Consider also the possibility that some third-party app may be interfering with normal Camera function.
