Why can't I see who's texted and missed calls on lock screen

Just done the new update on my Galaxy s5 and now when phone on lock screen it doesn't show who texts are off, missed calls ect? I've checked all settings and they seem fine. Is this part of the new settings? Thanks

Do know what the update was? Anyway, try Handcent, or Go SMS for popups that will wake your phone locked or not and show you incoming SMS. Both will also allow you to respond without unlocking. To prevent some contacts from showing up when the phone is locked simply customize their notification to not appear in a popup, or make their contact private. As for calls check your lock screen widget drawer. I think the setup is under security>lock screen??? Anyway there may be a widget you can add to display this activity Or you may be able to find an app with a widget that can be added to your lockscreen.
