My phone dropped and is flickering and the screen seems as if its dim and loosing brightness

So i had dropped my phone, and it had landed on the bottom right corner. As I go to pick it up , it looks as if its going to eventually turn black, due to its constant flickering. Also like I said the screen seems dim, or faded......but yeah if anyone has any suggestion...

With any luck it will just be a connection that's been knocked loose, easily fixed, but get it checked and prepare for the worst.
