Update crashed my phone with a red triangle and keeps rebooting! what do I do?

A system update screen has been popping up the last few days and I finally decided to download it 6 hours ago. Since then, I saw the 'download in progress' icon and the notification bar filled up to about a third of the way, before a picture of a phone with a red triangle and an exclamation point inside it, showed up. I let it reboot and show the same symbol for 5 hours before I decided to try and reboot the system. I've tried following every prompt to get my phone to show something other than this picture, (factory reset, apply from SD card, apply from cache, wipe data, wipe cache) and nothing has changed. What do I do?
