On my Korean Galaxy why does my network drop randomly?

Korean galaxy network problem

Hello
normally my Korean galaxy is official releases since I tried it with both operator and it works (calls and internet and everything )but with the third operator there is a problem, sometimes it works and makes normal calls and sometimes it can not make calls or receive them knowing that the network signal is still good

Welcome to Android Central! Have you spoken to your carrier? When you say "Korean Galaxy," is it a genuine Samsung Galaxy phone, or is it a Korean knockoff? If it's a knockoff, it's hard to say what kind of hardware or firmware issue might be causing your problem.
