What replacement do you offer if your product did not protect my phone from damaged?

Dropped my phone and my screen cracked. According to your advertisement, the screen protecter should of kept it from cracking at all. I did have a case on my phone.

BTW, no screen protector (except maybe sheet diamond or transparent steel) will protect a screen from a direct hit by a small point. And the harder the screen glass, the more likely it is to fracture from shock to somewhere else on the phone. (Diamonds are cut with soft steel blades. The harder a substance is, if it has cleavage planes, like diamond or glass, the easier it is to break.) Screens are hard for scratch resistance, not shock resistance. A shock absorbing case (like silicone rubber) is used for that. (A leather case offers almost no shock protection.)
