Lollipop software on y Note Three has disabled the S Pen from taking a screenshot.

The software was released through the AT&T update. How can this problem be fixed?

They'd probably be able to tell you more in our AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 forum, but have you tried a Cache Partition wipe?

Hello. If you mean double tapping, which I don't remember but apparently was there, you still have three options. S-Pen with the screen write option, Palm Motion, and the old Power and Home button. Remember to enable 'Edit after Screen Capture' in Display.

Single pressing should still do it, but I tried it on my wife's Note 3 with LolliFLOP and the S-Pen button functionality seems to have been broken in AT&T's 5.0. It's now just a thin plastic finger.

Really! Let us know if it starts working again. I haven't got Lolliflop yet.
