How can I individualize the priority setting for the updated Interruptions mode?

Prior to this ridiculous update, I was able to set only phone calls to break through at night and I was able to choose which contacts could ring through. Now it's this ridiculous priority mode, and you cannot (that I have been able to find) individualize this. Has anyone found a way to do this?
