Welcome to Android Central! Are the contacts associated with your Google account? If so, then they should be syncing automatically with your Google Contacts in the cloud, so there's nothing you need to do--they'll sync with the new phone as soon as you log into the same Google account. But if the contacts are associated with the Device Account, then it's tougher, because that account doesn't sync with anything. You'd have to export the contacts into a .csv or .vcf file, then import it into your Google Contacts.
