How do I transfer prepaid minutes from a LG phone to a Droid Bionic?

It depends on the carrier or network operator. (If it's not on AT&T, Sprint, Tmobile or Verizon, it's on a network operator using one of the 4 carriers.)

If the carrier is AT&T or TMobile, it's usually as simple as moving the SIM card from one phone to the other. If it's on Sprint or Verizon (or a network operator using one of them), you normally have to call them and ask them to do an equipment swap. Since the Bionic is a CDMA phone, I'm guessing it's on Vrizon or one of their network operators (Straight Talk, Page Plus, etc.), so you'd have to call and ask them to swap the phones. (If it's a Verizon prepaid account, you can also go into any Verizon store with both phones and they can do it. It's just a change in the data in the carrier's or operator's computer.)
