how do you get RID of the paste/clipboard icon hovering on my samsung G3

Its always in view right in my middle of the screen. My clipboard is empty. I cant get rid of it!

If a Power Off and Restart doesn't fix it - and I should imagine you've tried that - try a Cache Partition wipe.
