I have a cannon power shot camera. I want to transfer photos from the cameras memory card to my Samsung galaxy 5 with out a computer. How do I do that

Depending on which camera you have you can connect your camera to your phone and download your pictures. For Canon it is called Powershot WiFi. So I would check for that option in your phone.
