Bluetooth cuts on and off in car, does anyone know why? Or how i can fix this issue?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and when i pair it to UConnect in my vehicle it will work for about 2 minutes then i get a pop up box stating "unfortunately bluetooth has stopped working." Then it will cut back on and continue to do the samething, cutting itself off and on. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
