Screen is black

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3, i've had it for about a year, my carrier is Sprint, please help, i want to know everything that i can try before i ask my parents to repair it or get a new one. Ive already tried pulling the battery out, and the power volume home screen button restart, but the screen is still black. I um.....i punched my phone screen many times which i know sounds stupid but i was extremely mad at something during that time, but the screen is now black, the touch screen doesn't work, the power button and the volume button work, but the screen stays black. Help me please
