S6 Edge+ Change S Voice Accent?

[AC Question]

I'm fairly new to android/ samsung. Downloaded some voice packs but S-Voice doesn't seem to change accent. Already chose the voices via text-speech setting but it doesn't do anything. Does the voice suppose to change even on the wake-up function like when you say "Hey Galaxy" and it replies, shouldn't the voice accent changed by then?

The reply on the app may be canned, not text-to-speech, and based on the market the phone is sold in.
