Upgrade of software, Issues with touch screen now. How can I get my buttons working again?

Upgrade of software, Issues with touch screen now

Android version 5.1.1
Model SM-G920P
Software version G920PVPU2B0H1

At the bottom of the screen the left touch screen button to close applications does not work
The right button to go back no longer works
This was after upgrade this morning.

Welcome to Android Central! This was an official system update over-the-air, right? Try booting into Recovery and wipe the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095
