Why have my keypad stop working?

I have an LG L70 Optimus model No LGMS500. The keypad has suddenly stop working.. I cannot put my password in to get into my phone. What can I do to get my phone working again? I cannot text make calls nor answer my in coming calls.

I have an LG L70 Optimus suddenly my keypad has stopped working. I cannot access my phone for the use of making calls nor text. Since the keypad doesn't appear I can't unlock my phone using the password. I get calls but I cannot answer my phone because the keypad does not appear. Rebooting it didn't help. What can I do to have my phone working again?
