My phone is in a loop of opening with Lg logo and then to a update state then back to the lg logo

[AC Question]

So last night i started a updates on the phone but the phone died before it can fully updates it self so this morning when waking up i plug my phone to charge.
But now it showing me the logo for 10 sec or more, followed by a updates screen for a 1 sec and then back to the logo..

dont know how to fix it
I removed the battery and the sim card tried opening same thing happen logo, update back to logo

i tried hard reset same thing

any idea

the phone is an LG F60

It sounds like your image is corrupt or incomplete. It can't factory reset cause it has nothing to reset to. There are a few ways to load an image from removable memory like an SD card. You could look and see if it's possible for you. If the phone won't stay on you probably won't be able to do it from an internal memory card. If it's possible you might be able to download an ruu file on the root of an SD and get your device to upload it. Search the internet and XDA Developers for uploading an ruu image to your phone.
