I am having storage issues on my Samsung...

[AC Question]

The "colored bar" shows I have about 1/3 of storage left however my "available space" shows only 500 MB. The numbers don't match up! I don't know what is hiding that is eating all my storage. Anyone have any ideas? This has been an ongoing issue for a long time. It keeps me from downloading emails and I cannot install any updates due to not enough storage space. I have barely anything on my phone so not sure what's going on.
