Droid Turbo - Can't Send Group MMS

I have had my Droid Turbo since July. I updated the software a week or two ago and now have Version 23.21.44.en.US. To text, I use the Message+ app. I can send and receive texts from individuals and I can receive texts from a group text chain but I cannot send. When I try, it says "Sending" indefinitely. Probably relatedly, group messages are being received more slowly as well. I have looked at other threads on here but nothing worked. I deleted messages in the group chains and have restarted my phone. All settings appear fine. Trying to avoid a factory reset if possible.
