Why does my phone almost always stay 3G?

AC Question

Verizon has already replace sim card and keeps trying to tell me it's a network problem, yet others I know do not have this problem. Maybe I have a lemon note 5???

Have you checked your settings on the phone to see what the signal is set to, could be set to global, try putting it on LTE only or Verizon specific. If you are having this kind of issue, it could be a bad radio and I would demand it be replaced. If you have others who have a Note 5 in the same spot and they get LTE and you don't then its the phone. Try a factory reset and see if you get the same results as your friends with a Note 5. Don't accept Verizon's BS, they will drag it out so you can't get a new unit within 14 days and tell you its a refurb or nothing after that.
