After getting cracked screen repaired on my Samsung Note 2, lotsa little problems have happened.

1. When phone call comes in the phone rings but the screen goes black.
2. Touch and hold screen for shortcuts or enlarging does not work.
3. Both buttons on bottom left and right of phone (go back and options) don't light up when needed.
These are just some of my issues. Wth is going on w my phone? Please help, TY

It sounds like the repair wasn't done properly. I would contact whoever repaired it.
