Outlook email syncing with Google calendar issue

I am having an issue with phones at my work where they all have the same Google account because they need to be able to download a certain app. I decided to make one company Google account for this purpose and to make it easy. One of the employees' outlook email calendar is showing up on the other phones. This has not happened with anyone else. Is there a setting or something that can be changed to correct this issue?
