PROBLEM- Phone battery 0% cant turn on phone

Hello guys, i have problem.
Phone is brand new VKWORLD VK700, today i discharged batter from 100 to 0, and since then i cant turn on phone.
When i connect charger,nothing happens,even charger doesnt get heated.
When i connect via usb to pc i heard pc sound connect and then disconnect, and that repeats every second.

Charger is working tested, phone cant be dead (im prety much sure).

Pls if anyone know what to do

Try to leave the phone plugged in for about an hour it may just need to charge up to show a charging screen.
