i have a problem with s duos 2 battery

i have s duos 2 the original battery was broken so i had to buy a new battery. the new battery does not charge more than 60% and if i removed the battery and put it again it will show 80% and won't charge more and when it come to 20% it drain to 2% in seconds i made factory reset and installed another official rom but they did nothing i changed the battery 3 times but the same problem.
please tell me what should i do.

Take it to a repair shop. There is some kind of hardware problem which cannot be diagnosed in a forum
