How do I duplicate provider authority? ??

I had oovoo to call friends and then slowly the app just stopped letting me call people and then didn't let me on the app at all so I delted it and tried to download it again to refresh it and it got to the point of installing then said "can't install app duplicate provider authority" what does that mean and how do I get it fixed!!!!!!!!
