why is my Samsung Galaxy s4 not turning on?

I hold the power button on my phone but nothing works I tried taking the battery out to nothing. The sticker that represents water leaks has red X's on the phone and battery but didn't get wet. What can I do?

If the phone has got wet somehow, it may be damaged. If not, it may be worth trying a new battery, or at least one that is known to be good.
