Hi.
I have a HTC 1 and several hours after my phone downloading an upgrade for the HTC email app, which had been unable to reply to emails after the previous update, my phone can no longer read my address book, appears to have wiped my call history and wants me to shut down the phone every couple of minutes, issuing a message about the process.com.android.phone.
What can I do?
My last back up was today at 14:26 13th March 2016. Does that mean that my texts, address book and call history log have been backed up, as all media is already backed up.
I'd appreciate any advise, as I run a business from this phone and without my hard drive that crashed last week, I do not have a computer backup.
