After doing an update, I have a tiny band of numbers and letters at the top of my screen. Help!!

After doing a profile and PRL update, Sprint is my carrier, LG G4, - I got a tiny band of #'s and letters at the top of my screen.

Sounds like you may have been playing with Developer Mode?

Go to Settings, scroll down near the bottom and see if Developer Mode is listed. If so, tap on it and then see what you have turned on.
