Leave Phone on or off?

When going to bed for the night, should I leave the phone in Standby (where screen blanks) or shut it off?

#2. Will Standby drain the battery a lot?

You can Power Off if you wish.
Otherwise, Standby will normally only use a few percent of battery charge overnight.

Thanks belodion, I'll leave it on standby tonight, I was concerned how much the battery will drain overnight. Please forgive the silly questions, this is day three with a cellphone. Never even came close to holding one until then. The last holdout is being converted!

I'm all about leaving it on overnight. Depending on the phone, some only lose 1 or 2% of battery overnight.

Thanks folks, I left it on last night and didn't drain the battery much so will be leaving it on. I find it "boots" faster that way.
