why is my android hanging even after factory reset?

Hello, i have been having a severe difficulty in using my samsung A5. it started when i connected it to my office wifi, it started downloading so many stuffs automatically and as a result started hanging and i couldn't do anything with the phone. i was able to do a hard reset losing all my data in the process but the hanging still hasn't stopped! i have done hard resetting more than 15 times but the problem still persists! sometimes i am tempted to smash the phone on the wall! this is very annoying, pls help!

Hi there!

I would suggest the following:

1. Enter recovery mode, and wipe cache partition. No data loss will occur.
2. Do a Full Factory Reset. YOU'LL LOSE ALL DATA, BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR IMPORTANT DATA.

If neither of them work, I would suggest flashing the OEM software from Sammobile.com,using Odin, if your software is available on their site.
