un root device

[AC Question]

bought used samsong sm-t110 tab3 that is rooted with criskeloROMt110. I did not root this tablet, but would like to un-root to original then root it with my computer. How to first start.
1 downloaded and installed odin
2 downloaded and installed kies
3 spent hours trying to locate the correct firmware / md5 / zip file to use for a reset to reset the phone

Next step or is there a way to access a reset on the phone with it having the criskelo rom being rooted

Rooting means installing su (a small program) into the system. What's the difference if someone else installed it or you do? It's going to be the same program for the same kernel.

To reset the device to its unrooted condition you have to flash (install) the stock (unrooted) ROM. Just removing root (which is one file and one app) won't reverse any changes made while it was rooted.

Once you do that, none of your data will be there to access - it's all wiped.
