My phone recently shut off die to battery loss I plugged it in and turned it on. It was stuck on the red Verizon screen so I held every button until it shut off. Powered it back on and it said it was upgrading. When I loaded it up, all of my contacts were lost. When I went to import from SIM it said the SIM capacity is (0/0)??? Then I went to the my Verizon mobile app... that just crashes when I try to start it. All of my apps are asking me for sign ins, etc. and are all currently updating. Please help!
