Samsung keyboard has stopped working

I have been using the same keyboard with the phone since the day I got it. Today all of a sudden I get this message. And I can't text or use the keyboard. I keep getting a message that the Samsung keyboard has stopped working. Please help.

Try going into applications and force stopping the keyboard..
