my phone got stuck then i restarted my phone (note 3).it took like 5mins to reboot.then i see a blank screen but the notification panel is accessible.i can scroll down the panel.i can open my gallery through s finder and see my photos.but many of my apps are gone example whatsapp,facebook,shareit and almost all except a few.i cant open settings either.if i open setting it shows a blank screen again.then i get a popup that settings has stopped.i cant factory reset the phone as i cant afford to loose the data in it.
the main data is stored in KNOX.if i open knox.the password screen is just flickering and samsung keyboard has stopped message keeps popping up.
i just need to get that KNOX data.
can anyone please help?
