Question Best way to save all data, empty phone to restart with sim from another phone

Hi,

I would like to save all the data from my Note 8 then on this 'new' blank phone place a sim from another phone so they can use it.

What is the best way to do this please? Is there a tutorial?

Guest account on this phone? It's your phone bought and paid for brand new?
Not bought from a company you work for or govt phone?

NO, I bought it maybe 10 years ago when Note 8 was new.
Hasn't been used with Sim for maybe 6 months since I bought a G22.

I have removed all accounts, Google, Samsung etc so what is this 'guest' account. It has always been my one and only account.

Okay finally did the Factory Reset by using the power, upper vol etc and through the os.

It has rebooted but I haven't gone any further with it as I need to prepare it for my wife, not me.

Now how do I get the data and SIM from her Moto8 to the reset Note 8?

Can I connect both phones together and somehow do a transfer or..
