My Alcatel 5042T's internal memory is full i have a 32gb SD card in it and is new.

When I try to install an app the phone says"internal memory is full." I've tried switching back and forth from SD card to internal memory and SD card and I still get the error. Any suggestions?? Thank

Go into the settings and go to storage and see what's taking up all the space. Sometimes the cached data can build up and take a lot more space than you would like.
