Using a file manager that has root access (Root Explorer) you need to open the /system/apps directory and delete the ones you don't want. However, I would highly suggest you first make a backup through recovery just in case there are issues. You can also rename the file extension from ".apk" to ".bak". This way if there is an issue you can just rename it back to restore the app.
