My daughters htc android is stuck on the "htc powered by android" screen. I have tried everything to get it to reboot or something wont do anything. How do i get it to reset? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you in advance.
Welcome to Android Central! Force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for 10-15 seconds. Then try powering on again.
Which HTC phone is it? You could try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, but we need to know which phone it is first.
