Why is my tablet not letting me set it up?

My tablet started sending me pop up that said "unfortunately google account manager has stopped". So I began look at other people's advise and ended up resetting my tablet to factory default. But now my tablet won't let me login to my Samsung or google account and won't let me change accounts. It also sends me a new pop up message saying "unfortunately the process com.google.android.gfs.login has stopped". What do I do?
