Blank SD Card Problem/ Error

I have HTC One SV Phone & Bought New Sandisk Ultra SDXC 64Gb But The Phone Displays the "Blank SD Card" Error message tried formatting the sd card but still does work!

I know the Samsung phones sometimes take issue with non-Samsung memory cards; I haven't seen that with HTC, but I suppose it is possible. You have verified the card works with other devices?

Make sure it is a legitimate Sandisk card.

Use the app SD Insight to check.
