Turned of FRP and know i cant start my samsung after it been rooted

Hey i rooted my phone, and i have been so stupid too turn off developer tools, and know i cant turn on my phone.. It only lights up and says Samsung and i small red letters "custom binary block by FRP lock"

Can i do something to i can start the phone?

It's a Samsung Galaxy A3 (16)

Welcome to AC!
Try to reflash your stock firmware. You can't take it back to samsung,the binary is custom,wich means no warranty.
