my LG G4 won't power back on.

[AC Question]

I was in the middle of facebook messenger when my G4 froze up then powered off. I had 80% battery so I knew it wasn't because my phone lack power. I've been trying to power it back on for the pass 2 days and it will not do anything. took it to T-Mobile and they said it is a known issue that system reset is the only thing fix it but I have countless photos of me and family that I need off the phone. PLEASE HELP!
