Hi! What phone are you using, and are you using a third party messaging app? If so, is that app set as your primary messaging app on your device? If it isn't, it may be causing you to miss or have discrepancies in incoming messages.

Also, what is your signal strength like? Try turning your network connections off and on again and see what happens. Good luck!
