Why is my Samsung Galaxy j7 turning a weird yellow? tint and wont start?

I have had my j7 for about a month and it has never been dropped hard. The screen has no cracks or anything, but i cant turn it on. I will start it up, but i can hear everything but i only see a weird yellow tint. I have tried the power drain, and home key + volume down+ power, it didn't work. I took out the battery and waited 5 minutes, didn't work. I just want to know is my phone dead or can i still fix it myself without paying for it.
