I have what appears to be a second lock screen. How do i get rid of it?

I just bought a turbo2 (not new to android though) after my initial pin protected lock screen I am brought to a second screen that I must swipe up to bypass. Is this normal? If not, how do I get rid of it? Thank you.

This has happened in the past when some Cheetah Mobile apps were installed.

OP - did you install any new apps recently?
