My daughters 6 edge heated up way too hot... and now it won't come back on no matter what she does. The bigger issues is NO ONE will do a thing about it since the screen was cracked, unless i pay some absurded amount to fix the screen first. I have been paying for service and on the device itself for several months on a phone that does not work.
Verizon told me to buy an insurance plan during their open enrollment they have 2 time a year. They said it would cover any issues. It does not!
Thinking I should sue if i do not get this rectified.
